Why we built Evensys.ai
We believe small teams should have the same AI tooling as large ones — without keeping a server running themselves.
The thing we kept seeing
Every solo founder and small-company CTO we talked to was solving the same three problems separately: a gateway to manage LLM keys and budgets, an automation engine to wire AI into the rest of their stack, and a chat UI for the team that wasn't ChatGPT.
The open-source answers are excellent — LiteLLM, n8n, and Open WebUI are all serious projects. Running them is doable. Running them safely, kept up to date, and reliably is a job. We do that job so your team can focus on the business, not on keeping the stack alive.
What we ship
Evensys.ai is the same three open-source tools — bundled, pre-configured to talk to each other, kept up to date, and running in your own private workspace. You sign up, pick a plan, and a working stack is ready in five minutes.
We're MIT-licensed end to end. The whole bundle lives on GitHub and you can self-host it for free, forever. The Cloud version is what you pay for if you'd rather not.
Hosting
Customer workspaces run in Europe (Roubaix, France) and Canada (Beauharnois, Quebec). You pick the region at signup; your data stays in that region.
We're an EU-friendly default — privacy expectations, plain-text terms, and no third-party trackers on this site.
Where this came from
This stack is what we use ourselves. We've spent a lot of time and effort patching, upgrading, and keeping it reliable. Evensys.ai is what came out of that work — the same open-source bundle, packaged so anyone can run it.
