Terms of service

1. The service

Evensys.ai provides a hosted bundle of LiteLLM, n8n, and Open WebUI on isolated workspaces. We handle provisioning, updates, monitoring, and backups. You keep control of the content inside your workspace.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same cadence (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are exclusive of taxes; we collect VAT or sales tax where required.
• You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over several days and your workspace keeps running in the meantime. If payment still cannot be collected, the workspace is suspended — it stops running but your data is preserved, and service is restored as soon as a payment succeeds. If the balance remains unpaid for roughly two further weeks, the subscription is cancelled and the 30-day data-retention period (section 9) begins.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Evensys.ai to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Generate or distribute content that depicts child sexual abuse, promotes violence against people, or facilitates the creation of weapons capable of mass harm.
• Send unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or attempt to disrupt other workspaces' service.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the isolation between workspaces. Good- faith security research is welcome — see our security page.
• Resell access to Evensys.ai itself without a written reseller agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where practical, we will notify you first.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put inside your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up that content for the sole purpose of operating the service. We do not access your content except where strictly required to provide the service or to comply with law.

6. Our intellectual property

The Evensys.ai brand, marketing site, dashboard UI, and provisioning code are ours. The underlying open-source projects (LiteLLM, n8n, Open WebUI) are licensed under their respective terms; nothing in these terms restricts those licenses.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You can cancel at any time; your workspace keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can reverse a cancellation from the dashboard before then. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms, or if continuing the service would expose us to legal risk. After a workspace ends, its data is held for 30 days — during which you can recreate the workspace or ask support to recover your data — and is then permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes go to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law assigns them elsewhere.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
