Pricing FAQ
- How does per-service pricing work?
- You pick any combination of LiteLLM, n8n, and Open WebUI. Each enabled service is billed at the per-month rate for your plan. You only pay for services you actually enable on a workspace.
- What is the difference between Plus, Pro, and Max?
- Plus is a single-instance deployment sized for solo builders. Pro adds higher throughput, bring-your-own custom domain via CNAME, and daily backups. Max adds auto-scaling for high availability, parallel n8n workflow execution, built-in redundancy, and 15-day backup retention.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Plan changes apply at the next renewal, or immediately if you upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
- How much do I save by paying yearly?
- Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate — effectively 2.4 months free per service. Billed once a year, cancel any time at the end of the term.
- Where is my workspace hosted?
- You choose Europe or North America at signup. Each region runs on dedicated infrastructure; your workspace gets its own isolated environment, database, and encrypted credentials.
- What is the difference between Cloud and self-host?
- The stack is the same — open-source on GitHub under MIT, free to self-host forever. Cloud is for when you would rather not run it yourself: we handle setup, upgrades, patches, backups, and monitoring, so you focus on using the stack, not on hosting and maintaining it.
- What happens to my workspace if I cancel?
- Your workspace keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for — and you can undo the cancellation any time before then from the dashboard. After that it stops, and your data is held for 30 days before being permanently deleted. During those 30 days you can recreate the workspace for a fresh start, and if you need your previous data back you can ask support to recover it.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- There is no time-limited trial on Cloud. The self-hosted version is free forever — try it locally with docker-compose, and upgrade to Cloud when you want managed hosting.
